7. Terrorism and violent extremism
ZynkWatch prohibits content that praises, supports, recruits for, finances, represents, or provides operational assistance to terrorist or violent extremist organizations or activity.
News reporting, academic analysis, counterspeech, and documentary discussion may be allowed when the purpose is clearly informational and not promotional.

- passwords, verification links, authentication codes, or security tokens;
- government identity numbers, bank details, or medical records;
- private messages or intimate material shared without permission;

Publicly available information may still violate these Guidelines when it is compiled or shared to intimidate, harass, threaten, or cause harm.
9. Impersonation and deceptive identity
ZynkWatch prohibits:
- pretending to be another person, creator, organization, or authority;
- using another person’s image or identity to mislead users;
- creating channels that falsely appear official;
- falsely claiming verification, partnership, sponsorship, or employment;
- using manipulated media to misrepresent a person’s words or actions in a harmful way.
Fan, parody, commentary, and tribute accounts should be clearly identified so a reasonable user is not misled.
10. Fraud, scams, spam, and manipulation
Do not use ZynkWatch for:
- phishing, account theft, advance-fee fraud, fake giveaways, or investment scams;
- misleading fundraising or false emergency claims;
- spam comments, repeated unsolicited messages, or mass invitations;
- fake reviews, fake engagement, or coordinated manipulation;
- buying, selling, or artificially generating followers, likes, views, watch time, or comments;
- using bots or scripts to distort platform measurements;
- misleading links, shortened links used to conceal harmful destinations, or forced redirects.
11. Security and platform abuse
Users must not:
- upload malware, malicious scripts, or harmful files;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or admin tools;
- probe, scan, overload, scrape, or disrupt ZynkWatch systems;
- circumvent access controls, blocks, rate limits, suspensions, or content restrictions;
- exploit a security weakness instead of reporting it responsibly;
- collect user information through deceptive or unauthorized means.
Security concerns should be reported privately through the Contact and Report Abuse page and must not be exploited or publicly disclosed before reasonable time is provided for correction.
12. Illegal and regulated activity
ZynkWatch must not be used to sell, arrange, instruct, or facilitate illegal goods, services, or transactions.
This includes, where unlawful or improperly regulated:
- drugs, controlled substances, or dangerous chemicals;
- weapons, explosives, or instructions for unlawful weapon construction;
- stolen goods, forged documents, or counterfeit products;
- human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labor;
- illegal gambling or financial schemes;
- unauthorized access credentials, stolen data, or hacked accounts.
13. Copyright, ownership, and reused content
Upload only content you created or have permission to use. Giving credit does not automatically create permission.
Do not upload:
- full movies, shows, music videos, broadcasts, or paid courses without authorization;
- another creator’s video copied and reuploaded without meaningful permission;
- copyrighted music, images, clips, or artwork when no license or legal exception applies;
- content taken from another account after removal or enforcement;
- trademarks or branding used to confuse users about source or sponsorship.
Commentary, review, education, parody, quotation, and other limited uses may be lawful in some circumstances, but users remain responsible for ensuring that their use is permitted.
14. Harmful deception and manipulated media
ZynkWatch does not prohibit every mistake or disputed opinion. However, content may be restricted or removed when it uses material deception to create a serious and reasonably foreseeable risk of harm.
This may include:
- fabricated emergency warnings intended to cause panic;
- false medical instructions likely to cause serious injury;
- manipulated media presented as authentic to frame or endanger a person;
- false claims designed to steal money, credentials, or sensitive information;
- deceptive instructions that interfere with public safety.
Satire, fiction, reenactment, and synthetic media should be labeled when a reasonable user could otherwise mistake the content for a real event or statement.
15. Reporting content or users
When a report option is available, select the most accurate reason and provide useful details. Reports may cover videos, channels, profiles, comments, messages, or other supported content.
Good reports should:
- identify the specific content or user;
- explain what rule may have been violated;
- include relevant context without unnecessary private information;
- avoid exaggeration, harassment, or retaliation.
Do not submit knowingly false reports, coordinate mass reporting to silence another user, or use reports to settle personal disputes.
16. Enforcement
ZynkWatch may take one or more actions depending on the severity, context, evidence, history, and risk involved.
Actions may include:
- removing or limiting content;
- disabling comments, messages, uploads, or other features;
- reducing distribution or visibility;
- issuing a warning;
- removing artificial engagement;
- suspending a channel or account;
- permanently terminating an account;
- preserving relevant records for security or legal reasons;
- reporting serious unlawful activity where required or permitted by law.
Serious child-safety, violence, fraud, security, or legal risks may require immediate action without advance notice. Repeated smaller violations may also lead to stronger enforcement.
ZynkWatch may consider off-platform evidence when it is directly relevant to a credible threat, coordinated abuse, fraud, child safety, account ownership, or evasion of enforcement.
17. Review, mistakes, and appeals
Moderation decisions may sometimes be incorrect or may lack context. A user may request review through the Contact and Report Abuse page.
A useful review request should include:
- the account, channel, video, comment, or action involved;
- the date of the action;
- a clear explanation of why the decision may be wrong;
- any relevant permission, ownership, or context information.
Submitting a review request does not guarantee restoration. ZynkWatch may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision.
