1. The ZynkWatch service
ZynkWatch is an online video and social platform that may
allow users to create profiles, create and follow channels,
upload and watch videos, comment, reply, like content,
manage watch history, connect with friends, send messages,
receive notifications, report content, and use other
features made available from time to time.
Features may differ between the website and any mobile
application, may be limited during testing, and may be
changed, paused, or removed.
Monetization, advertising revenue, creator earnings,
payouts, paid subscriptions, and similar financial
programs are not promised by these Terms and are not
available unless ZynkWatch separately launches them under
additional written terms.
2. Eligibility and minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to create
or use a ZynkWatch account. You must also be old enough to
enter into these Terms under the law that applies to you.
If local law requires you to be older than 16, or requires
valid permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may
use ZynkWatch only after those requirements are satisfied.
ZynkWatch is not directed to children under 16. An account
may be restricted or removed when ZynkWatch reasonably
believes that the user does not meet the age requirement.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide information that is accurate enough to
create and operate your account. You must keep your login
credentials secure and must not share your password,
verification links, reset links, or other security tokens.

You are responsible for activity performed through your
account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You must use only an email address that you are
authorized to use.

You must verify your email when ZynkWatch requires
verification.

You must not create accounts for impersonation, fraud,
harassment, spam, evasion of enforcement, or unlawful
activity.

You must not sell, rent, transfer, or provide another
person with control of your account without written
permission from ZynkWatch.
Notify ZynkWatch promptly if you believe your account has
been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may use ZynkWatch only for lawful purposes and in a way
that respects the safety, privacy, intellectual property,
and rights of other people.
You must not use ZynkWatch to:

upload, publish, request, promote, or distribute
unlawful content;

upload obscene, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit,
or sexually exploitative content;

exploit, endanger, sexualize, groom, or otherwise harm
a child or young person;

threaten violence, encourage self-harm, promote
terrorism or violent extremism, or organize criminal
conduct;

harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, defame, or
target another person with hateful or abusive conduct;

publish another person’s private, confidential, or
identifying information without lawful authority;

impersonate another person, organization, channel, or
public authority;
-
conduct fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive promotion,
spam, artificial engagement, or manipulation of views,
likes, followers, watch time, or platform measurements;

distribute malware, malicious code, unauthorized
surveillance tools, or content designed to compromise
accounts, devices, or networks;
-
probe, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or
interfere with ZynkWatch systems except where applicable
law expressly permits it;

evade a suspension, block, content restriction, account
deletion, or other safety or enforcement action.
5. User content and your rights
“User Content” includes videos, thumbnails, channel names,
channel descriptions, profile information, comments,
replies, messages, reports, and other material submitted
through your account.
You keep ownership
As between you and ZynkWatch, you keep the ownership rights
you already have in your User Content. ZynkWatch does not
claim ownership merely because you upload or submit it.
Permission needed to operate the service
When you submit User Content, you grant ZynkWatch a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host,
store, reproduce, process, encode, convert, display,
perform, distribute, transmit, make technically necessary
copies of, and otherwise use that User Content only as
reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide ZynkWatch;
- display content according to your selected settings;
- support video playback and technical delivery;
- moderate, secure, investigate, and enforce the service;
- back up and recover the service;

comply with lawful requests and protect users, the
public, and ZynkWatch.
This license ends when your User Content is deleted from
active systems, except where continued storage or limited
use is reasonably necessary for backups, security,
enforcement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or
content that remains because another user has an
independent copy or lawful right to it.
Your promises about content
You confirm that you own your User Content or have all
permissions needed to submit it and grant the license
described above. You must not upload content merely because
it is available elsewhere on the internet.
6. Copyright and other intellectual property
You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity,
and other legal rights. ZynkWatch may remove or restrict
content that is reported or reasonably believed to infringe
another person’s rights.
ZynkWatch may request information from a complainant or
uploader before making a decision. Repeated or serious
infringement may result in restrictions or account
termination.
The Copyright
and Takedown Policy explains the complaint and response
process. Copyright concerns may be reported through the
contact method described in that policy.
7. Content moderation and enforcement
ZynkWatch may review, restrict, label, reduce distribution
of, disable access to, preserve, or remove User Content when
reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service,
enforce these Terms, respond to reports, prevent harm,
investigate abuse, or comply with law.
ZynkWatch may warn users, limit features, suspend accounts,
disable channels, prevent uploads, preserve relevant
records, or terminate access. The action may depend on the
seriousness, context, frequency, and available evidence.
ZynkWatch does not promise to review every item before it is
published and does not guarantee that all objectionable or
unlawful material will be identified immediately.
Reports must be made honestly. Misuse of reporting tools,
including knowingly false or retaliatory reports, may
itself lead to enforcement.
8. Privacy
ZynkWatch processes account information, profile details,
privacy selections, uploads, viewing activity, comments,
messages, reports, technical logs, and other information
needed to provide and secure the service.
Your use of ZynkWatch is also subject to the ZynkWatch
Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the
categories of information collected, purposes of use,
storage, sharing, retention, account deletion, and user
choices.
Privacy controls affect what is displayed publicly, but
they do not prevent ZynkWatch from processing information
where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate,
or comply with legal obligations.
9. Service development and testing
ZynkWatch continues to develop and improve its features.
Software and services may contain errors, incomplete
features, interruptions, design changes, data
inconsistencies, or compatibility problems.

Test accounts, content, features, and data structures
may be changed or removed.

ZynkWatch may request feedback, error information, and
testing details.

You must not attempt to expose, exploit, or misuse
security weaknesses.

Confidential testing information specifically marked
confidential must not be publicly disclosed without
permission.
10. Availability and service changes
ZynkWatch may update, repair, maintain, limit, suspend, or
discontinue any part of the service. ZynkWatch does not
guarantee continuous availability, permanent storage,
successful delivery of every message or notification, or
compatibility with every browser, device, network, or
video format.
You should keep your own copies of important content.
ZynkWatch is not a permanent backup service.
11. Account restriction and termination
You may stop using ZynkWatch at any time. Account deletion
may anonymize account information, hide content, or retain
limited records as described by the deletion process and
Privacy Policy.
ZynkWatch may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account
where reasonably necessary because of:
- a violation of these Terms or platform rules;
- risk to users, the public, systems, or ZynkWatch;
- fraud, manipulation, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
- a valid legal requirement or official order;
- long-term inactivity or inability to verify ownership;
- discontinuation of the service.
Serious safety, security, fraud, child-protection, or legal
concerns may require action without advance notice.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
ZynkWatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available”
basis. ZynkWatch does not promise that the service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or
suitable for every purpose.
User Content is created by users. ZynkWatch does not endorse
every opinion, statement, product, service, channel, link,
or claim made by users.
ZynkWatch is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial,
or professional-advice service. Contact appropriate local
emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
ZynkWatch and its operator will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential
loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on
the service, including loss of data, content, opportunity,
reputation, expected revenue, or business.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot
legally be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only
to the extent allowed by the law governing the particular
claim.
14. Your responsibility for violations
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for
losses, claims, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful
User Content, your misuse of ZynkWatch, or your material
violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to compensate ZynkWatch
for loss caused solely by ZynkWatch’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Changes to these Terms
ZynkWatch may update these Terms as the
service develops. The page will show an updated effective
date and version.
When a change materially affects users, ZynkWatch may
provide notice through the website, account notifications,
email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after
the effective date of revised Terms means you accept the
revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different
form of consent.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without
applying rules that would require the law of another
jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data
protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and ZynkWatch
should first make a reasonable attempt to resolve the
dispute through written communication. Subject to
applicable mandatory law, disputes will be submitted to
courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan.
